The objective of this programme is to help leaders of medium to large organisations understand that they already have all the qualities necessary to achieve the results they desire and only need to find ways to tap into their strengths, values, beliefs and capacities at their own pace and in their own specific situation.

The programme

This programme is a combination of teaching, mentoring and coaching. In between the bloks you will receive 1-to-1coaching on issues of your own choice. You will join a peer group of three on a journey through the following 6 steps:

Block 1: Let your thoughts flow (1 1/2day)

On board of the “SUNART”, a comfortable 40 ft. sailing yacht, we will look at

  • Our thinking patterns
  • Limiting beliefs emerging from our thinking
  • Strategies to change those beliefs

Block 2: Your MBTI preferences (1 day)

The MBTI is a personality inventory identifying one's preferences in the way we make decisions, judgements and take action, where our source of personal energy comes from and how we prefer to interact with the external world. In this block we will assess your Meyers-Briggs Type profile, giving you insight in your personal strengths and unique gifts, while also pointing out vulnerabilities and areas for personal development.

Block 3: Your leadership domain (1 day)

  • What is your leadership domain
  • What leadership competences are required
  • Where are you now. What is the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
  • What can you do to maximize your personal effectiveness

Block 4: Discovery (1 day)

  • How to be the change you want to see
  • Levels of learning and change
  • Leader’s identity
  • Shaping the future

Block 5: Authentic leadership (1 day)

  • The importance of authentic leadership
  • Producing exceptional results
  • Avoid being damaged by leading a process of change?

Block 6: Your business results (1 day)

  • Integration
  • Analyse what needs to be achieved
  • Plan of action
